We had a 9am appointment scheduled and confirmed for a move out clean. I messaged once prior to our appointment with no response, then called and messaged again when they were an hour and a half late. I finally received a call at 11am saying they had the time wrong. I had a very tight schedule for this move out and was incredibly disappointed by their lack of professionalism and communication.
