Asher was wonderful to work with. I had issues with my surround sound and home theater system. Asher was so patient; at first he tried to help me over the phone without charging me! Unfortunately, after about 15 - 20 minutes we couldn't figure it out. Asher came to my home, promptly fixed the issue and showed me how to fix the issue if it occurs again. I would highly recommend Asher for any AV issues.
