FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new client, we begin with a 90-minute in-depth consultation to uncover the root cause of your symptoms—whether it’s fatigue, digestive issues, anxiety, or chronic pain. This includes a thorough medical history review from both a Western and Ayurvedic perspective, along with tongue and pulse diagnosis to assess internal imbalances. Based on your unique needs, I’ll create a customized wellness plan, including a personalized diet, herbal recommendations, and, if applicable, yoga poses and breathwork techniques to support your healing. By the end of our session, you’ll have a clear, actionable roadmap to restore balance and optimize your health naturally.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As a certified Ayurvedic Practitioner, I’ve trained in Ayurvedic nutrition, yoga (including breathwork), herbology, and preventative science, along with 400+ hours of clinical experience. My approach blends traditional wisdom with practical application, creating personalized plans to restore balance and well-being.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with clients experiencing anxiety, digestive issues (IBS, SIBO, GERD, acid reflux, bloating), menstrual irregularities, hormonal imbalances, cystic acne, PCOS, fatigue, insomnia, joint pain, headaches, and more. Ayurveda doesn’t just treat symptoms—it addresses the root cause and restores balance through diet, lifestyle, and herbal support. If you’re ready to feel better naturally, Ayurveda can help. Just give it a try.
