- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is determined based on the scope and complexity of the project. I always provide a transparent estimate that includes all costs so the client knows exactly what they are paying for. Depending on the scale of the work or long-term collaboration, discounts may be available. Additional fees, such as for on-site visits or unforeseen tasks, are discussed in advance and included in the overall calculation. My goal is to offer high-quality services at a fair price, with no hidden charges.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I hold a meeting or conversation with the client to understand their needs, goals, and expectations. This allows me to accurately assess the scope of work, offer the most suitable solutions, and discuss possible options for materials, design, and project timelines.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I gained fundamental knowledge and skills in construction and repair at a Professional Construction College. However, I acquired a significant portion of my practical skills from my father, who has over 20 years of experience as a carpenter and in house renovations. This experience taught me many of the nuances and intricacies of the work. I also regularly update my knowledge to stay current with the latest trends and standards in repair and construction.
