- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My standard rate is $50 per hour. The minimum job charge is $50. If additional materials are required, their cost will be discussed separately. I always aim to be honest and transparent with my pricing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process for working with customers includes a few key steps: 1. The customer sends a request with a job description. 2. We discuss details, pricing, and a convenient time. 3. On the scheduled day, I arrive on time, complete the job, and review the results with the client. 4. The client approves the work, and if everything is great, they leave a review. I always strive to provide maximum convenience and comfort for my clients.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have two year of experience in handyman services, during which I have learned various skills, including furniture assembly, appliance installation, and minor home repairs. I am constantly improving my skills by learning new techniques and approaches.
