Hello! My name is Claudio. I'm a subcontractor for a few general contractors I'm on this app because I'm trying to make some extra money on the side so I can take my fiancé on vacation. I also enjoy helping my local community. I have been working in the construction and renovation industry for more than 15 years. I'm polite, professional and friendly. I love turning people's houses into beautiful homes and I am happy to help people navigate the world of maintaining a property. I wont just fix it, I will help you understand the issue and how to prevent it in the future. My specialty is quick rental home turn-around.
My service call fee is only $85 and that includes the first hour of service.

This company does Amazing work and they're always so efficient & professional.
Claudio is super easy to work with especially with his detailed explanation of what is needed to be done and he would tell me what I don't need done to save me a bit of money which puts me at ease to be able to trust him and the company.

Amazing work ! I had an issue my door and my dog escaped few times. They understood the urgency of the matter and my door was done right away. I have not have any issues at all!!! Highly recommended.

I worked with MCR one a remodel for my rental properties and they did a phenomenal job! They were very flexible with our schedule and got the entire job done on time as to not interrupt our tenant. Everything was well communicated, completed expertly and cleaned up very well after the job was complete. 10/10 would work with them again!
