- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I never charge for time when something is dragging out because of me, and I'm never unreasonable when something is dragging out because your house decided to get weird. I charge a half-hour convenience fee for trips to the hardware store.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to make contact and generally try to work out the details without a site visit, but I'm happy to do so if you can't get necessary measurements yourself or it's a complex project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Some formal carpentry training, basic wiring from film school,
