Ivan is very friendly and trustworthy. However, I asked for his help with swapping out an outlet and he said he could do it. Later he figured out that he could not and his attempt to do it led to a massive issue with about 10 of my other outlets not working for a week. He eventually found an electrician friend to come back and help him resolve it. It was a hassle but he eventually fixed it.
