FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our Pricing Approach: Honest, Transparent, and Without Surprises We believe that trust starts with openness. That’s why we always clearly explain how the cost of our services is calculated. Below are the core principles of our pricing: 1. Hourly Rate Our base rate is $60 per hour for one professional. If a team is working — for example, a handyman with an assistant — the cost is $60 + $30 per hour. For two professionals working together, the rate is $60 + $60 per hour. This price includes not only the physical labor but also our experience, efficiency, and guaranteed quality. 2. Minimum Charge — 2 Hours We understand that every project is unique. However, regardless of whether the task takes 15 minutes or 1 hour and 45 minutes, the minimum charge is for two hours. Time is calculated from arrival at the site to departure. This covers fuel costs, advertising (including Thumbtack platform fees), and travel time. It’s a standard approach that allows us to maintain consistent service quality. 3. Materials — No Markup We don’t profit from materials. You’ll receive receipts from Home Depot or other stores and pay only the actual cost of materials. If we use materials we previously purchased ourselves, they are billed separately at current market prices. We’re always open to discussion. If you have questions about pricing, project scope, or any details — feel free to reach out. We value your trust and strive not only to deliver high-quality work but also to leave a positive impression from our collaboration.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I carefully listen to the client to fully understand all their wishes and requirements. Then I analyze the request and provide a personalized solution with a transparent pricing offer. I’m always open to communication and respond promptly to any questions. Once all the details are agreed upon, we schedule a specific date and time to carry out the project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My journey in the construction industry began in my youth, giving me a deep understanding of design principles from an early age. Along the way, I also gained valuable skills in event coordination and team management — from staffing to overseeing creative project workflows. Over the years, I had the privilege of learning from true masters — experienced designers and builders — which helped me refine my spatial awareness, master the balance between aesthetics and functionality, and develop a sharp eye for quality craftsmanship. The combination of technical education and hands-on experience allows me to confidently take on both standard and unconventional tasks. When you choose our team, you’re not just hiring a service — you’re investing in quality, reliability, and results that exceed expectations.
