What is your typical process for working with a new customer? When I work with a new customer, I like to keep things simple and stress-free: Initial Chat: We’ll start with a quick conversation about your project—what you need done, your timeline, and any specific details or concerns you have. Estimate: Once I understand the scope of the work, I’ll provide a clear, upfront estimate so you know exactly what to expect. Scheduling: We’ll set up a time that works best for you. I’m flexible and do my best to accommodate your schedule. Getting to Work: On the day of the job, I’ll arrive on time, fully prepared with the tools and materials needed. I’ll walk you through the plan before starting and keep you updated throughout. Quality Check: Once the job is done, we’ll go over everything together to make sure it meets your expectations. Your satisfaction is my top priority. Follow-Up: If you have any questions or need additional help down the road, I’m just a call or message away!
