Cesar is a fantastic person to know. He is super helpful and I am honestly thankful to have met him. He is direct with his pricing even as a job evolves. There were surprises along the way (always a risk when starting home projects on an old home), but Cesar made even this difficulty manageable. He provided options and pricing to complete work. He was on time and completed the work expediently. I have had no reservation is asking him to quote and complete additional projects and will continue to do so. He has helped my neighbors with projects and they are just as thankful.
