- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We have a 4 step process that we take each customer through. We first set an in person consultation in order to get to know our potential customers and find out what exactly our customers want done. Second, we provide our customers a proposal and a contract. if they decide they are comfortable with the estimate and decide to move forward, we'll continue to step 3. During the third step, we order materials and get started on the project. Once we are done, we go through our final step, which is where we ask our customers for their honest feedback.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Melvin Sr is who started this company back in 2006. He has been able to stay in business for 16 years solely through referrals.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We have worked with all kinds of customers throughout our 16 years of being in business. We have worked with customers who just purchased their first home and needed helping converting it into their dream home. We have also worked with investors, who are looking to purchase a fixer-upper home, remodel it and put it back on the market for sale. And we have worked with customers who were on a budget and needed some assistance fixing small issues in their home.
