From condos, single family homes to designer commercial spaces, and ground up developments, our focus always remains with our clients. We leads each phase of a project from pre-construction, value engineering, construction duration, all the way through the move-in day.
We hand select the right team for each project and bring all owners, designers, architects, contractors together as a team. The principles of the company are involved in every project ensuring the highest quality in our finished products.

We met with the Landmark Remodeling team after consulting with 5 other general contractors. We felt good about them from the very beginning. The project manager and designer both were responsive, professional and thorough. So we went forward with our almost 800 square foot home additions. Our experience was fantastic.
I would say they are one of the best home remodeling contractors in Los Angeles.

I hired Landmark Remodeling to do a complete remodel of my master bathroom. Leeron was my Project Manager. Everything went so well, from start to finish. The job was even completed slightly ahead of schedule. Leron was fantastic: he helped me choose materials at the showrooms, and he stayed on top of the project every day. The end result is absolutely beautiful. I could not be happier and I would recommend Landmark Remodeling to everyone!

We had the BEST experience with Landmark Remodeling! Our home turned out better than we could have imagined. Steve, our Project Manager, was knowledgable, friendly, responsive, and always acted ethically and professionally. He also gracefully navigated heated design disputes between my husband and I, and I'm happy to say we are still married!! (haha) We appreciated Steve’s sincere desire to have the project come out exactly as we envisioned, regardless of whether it meant extra work for his crew. Steve gave us a realistic timeline of the work (though we were delayed 11 months by the city's permitting process) and actually finished well ahead of schedule. Steve went well ABOVE AND BEYOND with efforts for a very beautiful outcome and happy clients. Our construction team was careful to clean up any mess at the end of the day and was very respectful of our deadlines, schedules, and our tenant (who lived in her little cottage throughout the noise and inconvenience of construction). The construction bid was on the high side of those we interviewed but we very much appreciated not being "nickel and dimed" as friends were experiencing from a different company at the same time. The bid price they submitted on the contract was what we paid, despite the price of lumber going up enormously and unexpectedly during Covid, and we liked that we paid in stages as work was completed. This was a large kitchen remodel, turning a bedroom into an open-concept extension of the kitchen, adding a large deck, replacing floors, and painting (we also upgraded media and HVAC through other companies happening during the project and our construction team worked well with them). I wholeheartedly recommend Lendmark Remodeling to anyone looking to make the construction process less of a headache and to achieve a beautiful end result.

From start to finish, Steve and the Landmark Remodeling team showed professionalism and knowledge in our small bathroom remodel. They provided design consultation and helped us stay within budget even after we made minor revisions during the installation of the bathroom fixtures.
