Very happy with the workmanship. Ariel, Jesus, and the rest of the construction team were very professional and produced a very high quality work. There is some improvement needed on the communication and scheduling, but otherwise, the experience was good and the output was excellent.

Called them to request quote for bathroom remodel. The guy was asking all kinds of questions to check if we have construction knowledge. Do know that is hot map? do you know what is this and that. And he gave a quote for $47K-$49K for remodeling two small bathroom. terrible experience. save yourself some time and don't request quote from these guys.

We actually left price of $2,500 for plans of structural engineer since your request was to remove a load baring wall related to bathroom or for standard size bathroom in second story complete remodel estimate of 22K . I met with other contractors around the area but did not feel like the quotes were reasonable but Jacobs quote for my bathroom was and I’m so happy with how it turned out. Great job with my bathroom remodel. I do feel like it’s done very well. We picked all the tiles, hardware, and appliances. His team was kind enough to pick them up for us as well. We decided to use Jacob construction for other parts of the house (roofing, kitchen,flooring, etc) as well. Will post more pictures as we go through the projects. Very happy to have a found a trustworthy contractor.
