Ben was great to work with on our master bathroom shower remodel. He charged us a fair price and was in constant communication with us throughout the project. He made sure that we were very pleased with every aspect of the remodel and that even our most minor concerns were addressed. The vendors that did the work were friendly and professional. We upgraded our bath to a stand in shower, so this was not a full remodel. After we interviewed 4-5 contractors we picked Goodlife Home design, primarily because Ben took the time to understand our needs and worked with us on the price by providing options. Most contractors would not even give me timelines because it was such a small project for them. Communication throughout the process was good and we both took the time to set expectations since it was the first time we worked with each other. Work quality is the highlight for me and I would go back to Ben for this one reason. Folks who worked for him were professionals and delivered as expected. The end product was impressive. In terms of improvement, I think timelines slipped by a few weeks because of various reasons and there were some minor miss understandings along the way which could have been handled better. But this could come up with any 2 parties working together for your first time. The good thing with Ben is that he was open to feedback, was eager to improve and win my future business. Overall, happy with the outcome and I would give Ben a preference for my next project.
