They canceled on me twice and asked to reschedule. I’ve worked my schedule around their visit. So I canceled the work all together. Not going to sit around for a third day!

This is truly one of those companies that come out and give you a straight opinion of the situation of your garage repair. The first time they came out and repaired it it was no charge the second time there was a major repair and it was extremely fair pricing.

Youre in a jam when the garage door jams with your car inside. GDI scheduled service the next morning, presented a couple of alternatives and I was on my way in no time with new springs and the door back on track. The perfect service call.

Guy was on time, gave a quick quote with options and then replaced the motor right on the spot, told him he had 2 hours and he finished in 1.45. Nice guy great customer service, would call again.
