FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
When we provide an estimated price, it may have a range, we may not have enough information for an accurate quote upfront. A broad range helps you understand the minimum cost if no extra preparation, materials, or other services is required. 1. The cost is influenced by several factors: + the size and complexity of the job, + ease of access to the work area, + your specific requirements, + use of our materials, + additional services (like purchasing supplies, moving furniture, etc.). 2. How to Get an Accurate Quote? To give you the most accurate quote, please provide as many details as possible add pictures. For example: "I want to paint the walls of my 12x12 ft bedroom. The room has two windows, one door, and a built-in closet (which doesn’t need painting). I also want to paint the ceiling, baseboards, doors, and window frames. I know what paint I need and will send a photo for you to purchase." The more details you provide, the more precise the quote will be! 3. Transparent Pricing No hidden fees here! All prices are discussed upfront, and they won’t change unless new tasks or modifications come up. If additional work is needed, we'll talk it over with you first and only proceed with your approval.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Based on your description of the work, we provide an initial estimated cost, which will be refined after clarifying any details. Once we agree on the scope of work in our communication, we confirm the price and schedule the job at an agreed date and time. If you have any additional tasks during our visit, we’ll be happy to assist.
