- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices is quality and warranty, you'll spend once not two. I believe in a fair price for both parties and my estimates always justify the value of my services and the quality i deliver to customers. I think the discount is always welcome for those customers who have already made work with me, they liked the result and are looking for me again!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I am strive to be friendly with all of my customers. Before providing a quote, i will need to see the job. You can send pictures that I can use to give you an estimate. Once we come to an agreement on the price and work needed, you will receive an invoice and we will get to work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Extensive experience in the maintenance of furniture, buildings and homes. Always helped customers solve their problems. The quality of the work done is important to me!
