He was very professional. He wasn’t quite knowledgeable on how to unmount the tv, we had to figure it out together and read the manufacturer manual. He had to partially take apart the mount to get the TV off but as discussed and I made clear about reasssembly; he didn’t actually put it all the way back together. Other than that I had no issues.
