We hired Chimney Pros to clean up the chimney. Although the original appointment did not work out, this company went out of their way to make up for the error. They provided wonderful customer service and their work is amazing!

The original quote for a new chimney cap was $680.00. When this quote was refused a counter offer of 400.00 was made. Our property had downed trees and other severe wind damage from the January 7th winds. Regretfully, we accepted this overpriced offer. The repair person stated he did not have a tall enough ladder for the project and borrowed one of our ladders. No receipt was given. Under less stressful circumstances would have never used this company.

hi david DavidI apologize that the tech gave you a better price then $680 and gave you a price of $400 to install a cap and climb on your roof. and i absolutely apologize that he used your tall lader because his lader was short and if would have used it he might have fallen and break his head. please accept my sincere apologies
