- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My services are heavy on customization and personalization. Pricing varies and is based on each individual client's needs per project. Have an idea? Let's chat!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with new clients, I like to make sure no detail goes unturned. Communication is key. This allows me to get a feel for what you are looking for and if I am able to help with your particular project. Once we come to an agreement, I will draft up an invoice. I do require a non-refundable 50% deposit to secure the project. If your project is something that can be done in-studio, I will provide a sample mock up before any work is done. Once the project is completed, a final invoice will be sent with the balance. For any live on-site engraving projects, will will discuss in detail, what you would want personalized per guest and I will help answer any questions you may have.

I have worked with different event planners, different individual clients and multiple brands like Dior, Hermes, Tory Burch to name a few.
