I was beyond pleased with Polo Electric from start to finish. I intended on getting several opinions and quotes, but Polo Electric returned my inquiry with a phone call in less than 10 minutes. After our conversation and his explanation, I felt no need to look elsewhere. Polo Electric was able to come out the next day and my new fixture was installed in less than two hours. The knowledge and professionalism was exceptional. I appreciated their patience and manners answering all of my questions. The cost was very reasonable. I will gladly recommend them to family and hire again without hesitation if needed in the future.

HIRE THEM!!! Since moving to CA, I've had the worst luck with reliable contractors. I have been trying to get my outdoor refrigerator fixed for months but my GC kept giving me excuses on why he couldn't send an electrician. I contacted Polo Electric on a Tuesday night and had a response within an hour! I booked an appt for Thursday at noon and they arrived Thursday at noon. They informed me that the recommendation from my GC wasn't to code and could cause a fire! They diagnosed the problem with my outdoor refrigerator, provided a quote, went to a local store to purchase the parts, and it was fixed 10 minutes later for a fraction of the cost. Although I didn't list this on my original request, I mentioned a problem with an outdoor light. Within an hour, it was fixed. They AMAZING!! I will never use another electrician while I live here. Hire them. You won't regret it.

My trouble was confusing but they didn’t give up. I’m guessing their experience drove them until they finally resolved my issue. I didn’t tell them, but one other company who came out, could find the problem and suggested tearing into the wall to replace wires. They’re definitely on my “good guy” list
