I contacted Pro vent cleaning as the drier was struggling to dry even the small loads. They responded right away and the very next day they showed up at a time best suited for me. Very professional. He even put booties when he came in my house. Apparently my dryer vent was already a fire hazzard and Vladimir cleaned it in no time and did a great job.

Excellent work. The man cleaned all vents thoroughly using HVAC vacuum and large tubing, with a rotating line brush, opened attic and also cleaned deep inside, sanitizing each vent and replacing filter. He drew a diagram of the entire central AC/heater unit and explained how it works. I suffer from dust allergy, chest gets tight, and other environmental allergies and this service is very necessary at least once a year, if not twice a year. With recent windy weather the dust was coming into the vents. He said the dust was trapped deep into the vents. All my dust problems solved until The next cleaning. Thank you.

First of all, I rarely write reviews but I had to because Vladimir was really great. Vladimir immediately responded to my request late at night and scheduled right away. He arrived on time and was respectful of the property. He pulled out and went behind our stacked unit by himself (which usually requires two people) and cleaned every single inch of the dryer vent. When the job was done, he checked if every part was working properly. He was very responsible and also reasonable. I highly recommend him.
