*First lesson is always free!* I will travel to you for lessons or do them in my space in Atwater Village/Glassell Park (not currently requiring masks but can use them if preferred). Also offering beginner piano lessons at your residence. Any age/skill set is welcome. I've played many different styles of music in original bands, on Broadway tours, in wedding bands, and on cruise ships. Let's get started on the journey of making music!

I'm still working with Jesse to better understand the basics of Piano. He's very patient and also is flexible on timing as well. I'm really liking him as my piano instructor.

Jesse is a fantastic teacher! I've been working with him for 4 months and I have learned so much. I had very little percussion experience, but he is patient and explains things very well. He motivates me and gives me constructive feedback every lesson. I highly recommend Jesse for beginners and those with experience!

Jesse has been teaching our 6-year-old son drums for a few months now. We are very happy with the results. Our son is making progress every week and is excited about his lessons. He started with zero experience and can now confidently read notes and play multiple beats. Jesse is able to present material in a fun and digestible, especially for a child who often has hard time sitting still and staying attentive. We would absolutely recommend Jesse for young beginner drum lessons!

B.A. in music from IUP. Experience playing on cruise ships and playing locally with different professionals. Experience teaching different age groups from 4 up to mid 40’s.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Hire somebody who is actively playing/gigging and is still learning. Trends change over time in music and pedagogy.
