- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For weekly dog walking we provide discounts for 5+ walks per week. Our thumbtack discounted rates are as follows: For one dog or cat: -$18 per 15 minute visit -$23 per 30 min visit -$30 per 45 min visit -$37 per 60 min visit *$6 per additional pet (discount provided for multiple pets) -$90/night for overnight sitting, $25 per additional pet -$70 per night for in-home boarding, $25 per additional pet (discounts for multiple pets)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
-We discuss details for services and set up a meet and greet with our local dog walker or pet sitter -After the meet and greet, the owner Adam reaches out to go over service details including scheduling and payment.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've cared for hundreds of dogs and cats in my 10+ years in the pet industry, and only hire the best dog walkers and pet sitters who I would trust with my own pets in my own home. I am very quick to respond to all pet owners and accommodate any needs to help put their mind at ease
