We booked groomer for Shih Tzu. We agreed to a 10am appointment and he showed up 40 minutes late without an explanation.
My wife and I agreed we wanted her body cut low, her ears to be long and her tail fluffy. We sent him a photo of what we had in mind and repeated what we wanted through messages and in person. We even offered him tea and our kitchen so he can work .
When I got home from work, I was beyond shocked of how her cut came out. Her cut was uneven all over. He shaved down her tail and zeeked her certain areas. He left a large knot on her tail. I couldn’t stop crying when I saw her. I messaged the groomer showing him pictures of how she looked and asked for a refund. He replied “all sells are final” and said my wife never told him what we wanted.
Looking at his page there is nothing that explains his policies. This experience has left me distraught. I’m showing this to other dog owners to not book with him.
