5-10 minute introduction with pet parent and pet , once the pet trust is built with a gentle touch and cautious approach and pet acceptance is won chances of not having behavior problems are high.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
For 15 years I learned the pets Temperaments ,about some skin problems and different products to alíviate their condition i learned to groom cats …after leaving the pet store i kept educating my self by attending seminars,conventions and 1 on one work shop classes to improve my grooming skills ..the safety and comfort is a priority when it comes to grooming a family loved pet !I love what I do !
