I have known Edgardo for a few years now and he has always been down to collaborate on community events with me for fundraisers, while also being a professional promoter when it came to his own visions for events. He takes feedback seriously and does the best he can to make sure everyone involved happy. I have never had a hard time with communication with him.
He has a great work ethic and put 100% into everything he does. He has a creative way of marketing his events and his overall approach to working me at El Rio has been a success. I would recommend him to work with anyone because I trust that he can make it happen.

We used Edgardo for our wedding, and he was everyone’s favorite of the evening! From the beginning of the planning process, he was super easy to communicate with and transparent about any fees. He communicated with us and the venue manager about appropriate lighting, speakers, etc. and we didn’t have to worry about anything. The moment I shared the floor layout and timeline, he had the vision and nailed all the transitions the day of! We had an indoor and outdoor venue and I appreciated his flexibility with moving up and downstairs for each event, while staying on top of our timeline.
Seeing our pictures of the night truly captured the energy that Edgardo created. I love that he included all our songs we wanted, and was super mindful of our DO NOT PLAY list! He really knew how to read the room as far as playing appropriate genres to get more people on the dance floor. I guarantee he will find a banger to get every person up and groovin! My husband and I are so glad we decided to hire him for our wedding! There wasn’t a single hiccup and he made everything run so smoothly.
