- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We understand that most cases and the expenses associated are unexpected, so we are flexible with pricing and willing to put together payment plans for some of our clients. This allows our clients to be represented while making the scheduled payments. There are many factors that determine the exact pricing for a legal case (i.e. type of crime, severity of the charges, etc.). Once we conduct a free consultation, we will listen to your situation; allow ample time for you to ask questions and then provide suggestions on how to best handle your case, including a no-obligation quote for our legal services.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We would conduct an initial free consultation, either by phone or in-person, where we will analyze your case with you and then provide you with a quote with the breakdown of all the legal costs. If our firm is retained, we begin working on your case immediately.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have practiced law for over a decade. I started out working for the State of California. Now I work with clients facing criminal charges filed by the State to get them the best outcome possible.
