WE DO NOT FIX BROKEN, CRACKED, DAMAGED DEVICES or SCREENS. We do not work on any hardware related issues. We record all calls to ensure the highest quality of service and security when dealing with clients. We charge $99 hourly with a one hour minimum for both Onsite and Remote Tech Support. There is a one time $25 travel fee each time we meet at your location. With over 10 years experience working with clients of all types, over many states, we've seen nearly everything, and fixed it too. Always happy to explain solutions step by step if desired. We can meet online, or at a location you choose.

They were absolutely wonderful. The first company I hired did not show. I was resigned to waiting for next day service. I contacted this company in the afternoon and they were able to come over a couple of hours later on the same day. They were able to set up my laptop in approximately an hour. I was able to work with no loss time. Let me tell you why that is important. My company sent new laptops to everyone. It took the other members on our team anywhere from an afternoon to 3 days to set up their computers. Lots of frustration, loss time and calls to our IT dept. I had no problems because of you and you were worth every penny. Thank you

AGeekOnDemand was awesome. I very much appreciate David and Jimmy's help. There was a lot of communication back and forth and realistic expectations were set by all. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge $99 hourly with a one hour minimum for On-site Tech Support. Also, due to Covid-19 we offer Remote Support at a reduced rate of $75 hourly with a one hour minimum. We accept any major credit or debit card. We give all clients free Antivirus and and a Cleaner.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We offer tech support in 10 different cities and need to first determine a customer's location, and if they need On-Site, or Remote Support. Once that is established, we can schedule a time and location to meet.
