- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are a full service catering company, which means we have partnerships with multiple third party vendors and get some really amazing discounts with them as we have been working together for quite a while. We have a 20% tax/service/covid staffing fee that covers the sales tax, cleanup, staff and anything we purchase. Gratuity is not included with any of our proposals under 100 people as we prefer to leave it up to the client.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Chef Evi personally works through the menu and event details with all clients. We then send an initial proposal of service and await review. Once the proposal is signed, we require 50% deposit for the total. The remaining balance is due upon arrival and any additional request costs will be due at that time as well. After service, the gratuity is appreciated.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Chef Evi has a background in the kitchen as her mother was a chef in New Orleans. She has been cooking since the age of 4.
