- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I always work with the customers budget because they are much more to me than money. I more so appreciate the opportunity to be invited in the home and provide a needed service with an amazing before and after.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I keep things very simple and customize each cleaning to best fit the clients needs!
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Started after high school with my dad and saw how much of a customer-service based job this is and looked at that as an opportunity to be a servant in my community.
