- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
At Priority Remodeling, we pride ourselves on providing transparent and competitive pricing. The cost is primarily based on the scope and complexity of the project. We do offer seasonal discounts and promotions from time to time. Additionally, we provide estimate before beginning any project to ensure there are no hidden fees.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process begins with an initial in-person consultation, to understand the customer's needs and vision. We conduct an on-site assessment to provide an accurate estimate. Once the project's details are finalized and the estimate is approved, we schedule the project, ensuring minimal disruption to the customer's routine. Throughout the project, we maintain open communication, providing regular updates and seeking feedback.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All our team members undergo training before joining Priority Remodeling. Our staff consists of certified professionals, many of whom have degrees in architecture, design, and construction management. We also emphasize continual learning, ensuring our team is always updated on the latest industry trends and techniques.
