Mia's Martini was one of quite a few responses I got on thumbtack for bartending services. It was an easy choice after calling a few. Right off the bat Mia has been informative, excited and passionate. Not only about bartending, but about us! Needless to say hiring Mia for our wedding bartender was nothing short of a beautiful experience. I wasn't suprise but pleased to hear all the fun conversations our guest had with her through the evening. The signature drinks/garnishes & side of spunk she served our guest was one of the bigger things that made the whole night! And that would be a good review but that's certainly not all, Mia went above and beyond what she 'needed' to. From getting all the extra garnishes, ice, cups etc...that our mom just couldn't pick up. To taking excellent snaps of our first dance and decorations, to giving me a meaningful card in the midst of the chaos that was my wedding day! Ha! Also she heard that we wouldn't be able to go to our honeymoon because of the hurricane so even tho I'm sure she was exhausted from working so hard she still sent a wonderful, long and detailed email giving all sorts of suggestions to still make our honeymoon great! She said this the very first conversation we had and I kind of shrugged it off as just a thing people say, but it turned out to be everything she was about. "I love what I do, after every wedding or event I keep in touch and we become good friends, I can wait to be great friends Mackenzie, I'm so excited!" I love it. 100 stars. HIRE MIAS MARTINI, she's beyond wonderful!

Mackenzie! I am so late catching up on my reviews, I'm so sorry! But this totally brightened my morning! I'm kind of glad you didn't take my word, alone, and that you made me prove it to you. I think loyalty and friendship are oftentimes earned. But I had a feeling about you Mackenzie and it turned out to be true. Your ceremony was so beautiful and I'm so glad I was able to capture some bits and pieces of the wedding day that your other photographers didn't have the opportunity to. In fact, I think those pictures are some of my favorite that I have ever taken... especially the one of your back and the one of you about to get walked down the aisle. There's something so precious about those two. Anyway, I'm so glad I caught those moments for you, but most of all I'm so grateful I had an opportunity to celebrate you and John. I know you're now expecting a baby boy and I'm SO thrilled for you guys! Congratulations! I'm keeping my fingers crossed to see you and mama Eller at some point this year, ok? We hired Mia and her team for the bar at our wedding in April 2017. They were thoroughly fantastic and professional from start to finish. When we first got in touch with Mia we knew that we wanted to have an open bar at our wedding reception, as well as have drinks served during a cocktail hour. Mia guided us through planning out the details of our bar menu, giving us lots of helpful tips and advice, as well as providing us with a detailed shopping list. This made everything really easy for our part - all we had to do was buy the alcohol, mixers etc. and get them to the venue ready for Mia and her staff to work their magic. On our wedding day, Mia and her barman Julian did an amazing job setting up, mixing and serving drinks to our 170 thirsty guests. Many of them mentioned to us just how good the bar staff and drinks were - all credit must go to Mia and Julian as we only brought the ingredients! If you're planning a bar for any event, we highly recommend that you get Mia involved as soon as possible. She's very experienced, not to mention so helpful and super friendly. If you want all the stress taken out of planning and running a bar, you won't regret going with Mia's Martini. Thanks again to Mia and Julian for doing such a wonderful job at our wedding!

Simon! It's been quite a while since we've gone through 700 lbs of ice so quickly lol. In other words, your guests were DEFINITELY thirsty! lol! But it was SO much fun! Julian and I had a blast with you all! I am SO thrilled to hear that the process was simple for you. We work tirelessly to create an experience for our clients that's streamlined, cost-effective and overall as easy as possible. You and Illiana were thorough and trusting right from the start, so really your made OUR job easy. Considering this was a British/Mexican fiesta, I have to say it was the most interesting and fun combinations of cocktails and music, and we were so grateful to experience it right alongside with you guys. Now that you're off to a year of travel and working abroad, Julian and I (and the whole team really) are sending you our congrats, our wishes for safe travel, and of course our thank yo's for allowing us the honor of joining you for an international, multi-cultural mash up of a celebration! Firstly, Mia is AWESOME!! I threw a 25th birthday party in May 2017, and handling business with Mia and her company was THE EASIEST process of the ENTIRE party planning. She never ever left me in the dark. She helped me with choosing the best bar experience for my event (I chose a full bar experience). She helped me choose my signature drinks for the night. She gave me a VERY DETAILED shopping list which included everything from liquor, to mixers, and even garnishes. & she even helped me with finding everything for a price that was in my budget (even though I didn't have a budget). We stayed in CONSTANT communication for several months. Nothing seemed rushed or stressful. Her energy was so hype yet professional. I couldn't wait to actually meet her. When I finally met her at the party, it felt as if we were family. She handled the bar WITH SUCH EXCELLENCE. EVERYONE was talking about how great the drinks were. They weren't watered down. They tasted SO good. She had such a great energy & I honestly loved working with her. She even kept in touch with me after the party. You can tell she not only loves what she does, but she has a heart for people. I wish I could give her 10 stars because she definitely deserves it. She is honestly going to be my bartender for all of my events. I HIGHLY recommend Mia. YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED!

One of the only things that went absolutely flawlessly on my wedding day. :) I hired Mia to bartend my wedding last weekend and she was just hands down amazing. First of all, she was incredibly responsive and so easy to plan with prior to the event. A few days before my wedding she left the sweetest message reminding me that weddings go by fast and that I should remember take the time to soak in all the love. It was exactly what this DIY bride needed to hear and was just so beyond what you expect from most vendors. :) The day of the wedding she was a lifesaver. She was there early, set up the bar wonderfully and skillfully handled my 140 thirsty guests all night. Numerous people mentioned how awesome my bartender was! She was prompt, professional and SUPER thoughtful and sweet. Mia went above and beyond all night to make sure my new husband and I, our families, and all our guests had a great time. I 100% recommend hiring her and her team for whatever event you are planning.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We tailor our bar packages to our clients needs. We do not offer set packages, we create a tailored bar package for you! The more information we have, the better we ca guide you and help direct your costs where they matter!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we gather all the details for an event. This enables us to determine your staffing and set up needs as well as guide you through tailoring a bar package just right! From there we can quote our clients, and upon approval to move forward we save the date with a contract and deposit. Once the date is saved we finalize the menu and curate a shopping list completely tailored to each event. It' a simple snd streamlined process!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Aside from being seasoned bartenders, all of our staff are also certified with at least 3 certifications each. This gives you peace of mind knowing you are in good hands, with bar professionals who will know how to manage your crowd while also ensuring everyone has a memorable time!
