- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is flexible - I'm willing to work with your budget and much more likely to adjust pricing, especially for my regular students after a trial lesson.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Find out what their goals are! Whether singing is a hobby or your life's work, there is no one approach that's right for everyone. My goal is to find out what works for you and move forward from there with establishing what needs to be addressed technique-wise, etc.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
