Both Oleg and Diana of Vertex are amazing to work with. Oleg always shows up on time and can handle requests the same day or next day. I had an issue with my dryer not heating up and Oleg was able to diagnose the issue, find the parts that need replaced, and explain to me why the issue occurs as well as how dryers actually work. He gave fair price for parts and labor. Meanwhile Diana at the office is always responsive when I reach out, and she keeps me up to date with the part delivery. I would call Vertex whenever I have an issue with my appliance!

Oleg was fantastic to deal with. I ran into an emergency where I was replacing the old fridge with a new fridge. On removing the old fridge, I realized it would not fit through the kitchen door. Oleg arrived, and effortlessly handled the situation by removing the doors, as well as installing the new fridge. Luckily the new fridge didn’t need anything dismantled. Oleg was very professional, and very knowledgeable about appliances. I would highly recommend him for any appliance repairs.

I hired Vertex to repair our dryer, which was taking up to 4 hours to dry a load. Oleg was quick, courteous, and did a great job fixing the problem. I would absolutely hire Vertex again for any appliance problem, and anything else that they have experienced repairing.
