Nik was wonderful! He came promptly to fix my refrigerator. He quickly diagnosed the problem and went about doing the repair. I felt the cost of the repair was fair and very reasonable. He even cleaned the base of my refrigerator as a maintenance thing. I am definitely going to use him for all my appliance repair needs. I highly recommend him!

He is the friendliest guy, very non threatening appearance and demeanor. He came when he said he would had my washing machine fixed quickly and told me how to maintenance my refrigerator as it had a noise that could lead to a problem. Also,, was cheaper for the entire call and repair than another company wanted for just showing up. He’s my guy for all appliance issues in future. If you don’t use Niko then well you’re doing it wrong.

My dishwasher air gap (the cylinder-shaped thing that sticks up next to the kitchen faucet) cracked after nearly 30 years and needed to be replaced. I contacted Nik on the app and sent a few photos, letting him know that the repair was not urgent since I never use my dishwasher. Nik called me within minutes and said he could replace the part today. He arrived 15 minutes early, removed the old air gap, inspected the hose that leads to the garbage disposal to make sure it was clear and in good condition, and installed the new air gap. When I mentioned that I had not used the dishwasher in a really long time and was actually a little nervous about turning it on after so long, Nik calmly pressed the Start button, removed the bottom panel from the dishwasher and checked underneath with a flashlight for 10-15 minutes to make sure there were no leaks. Then he opened the dishwasher to check that the water was hot and that everything looked as it should. As a somewhat mechanically challenged person, I really appreciated the extra time Nik spent to make sure everything was working as it should. I might actually start using the dishwasher again. Nik was in and out in about 35 minutes, he was very professional and his rate was reasonable. I wouldn’t hesitate to contact him again for any appliance repair.

He arrived within 30 minutes of my call. He was courteous and professional. He checked the machine, which was suddenly working properly in a way it hadn't in 2 weeks. Nik refused to accept any compensation since the machine was not malfunctioning. For that reason, alone, I will be calling him whenever we do need appliance repair!!
