Nik was wonderful! He came promptly to fix my refrigerator. He quickly diagnosed the problem and went about doing the repair. I felt the cost of the repair was fair and very reasonable. He even cleaned the base of my refrigerator as a maintenance thing. I am definitely going to use him for all my appliance repair needs. I highly recommend him!

He is the friendliest guy, very non threatening appearance and demeanor. He came when he said he would had my washing machine fixed quickly and told me how to maintenance my refrigerator as it had a noise that could lead to a problem. Also,, was cheaper for the entire call and repair than another company wanted for just showing up. He’s my guy for all appliance issues in future. If you don’t use Niko then well you’re doing it wrong.

Nik is a very professional, clean, knowledgeable and respectful tradesman. He showed up within the window scheduled and was very polite. He got right to work and quickly identified the issues with my Whirlpool washing machine. He was honest and informative, in the end, unfortunately it turned out that the repair with parts and labor would not be worth it and he humbly let me know my best route would be to replace the machine. The upfront fee to have Nik do the initial analysis was extremely reasonable and that is so appreciated! Nik, I will definitely be contacting you with any future appliance repair needs! It was very refreshing to be treated fairly and as a woman to not get taken advantage of! Thank you!

I can’t say strongly enough how impressed I am with Nik’s work. He is one of the best and most professional appliance repair workers I have found in a long time. He is so confident and knowledgeable about the appliances that he worked on. He was able to fix my GE monogram oven quickly and efficiently, and then was able to fix the start button on my Kenmore dryer. I am so impressed with his work. When he finished, everything was clean and he demonstrated how perfectly they were working once again.
