The refrigerator I made the appointment for was in the home when I bought it last year. After checking the warranty, I found that it is approximately 13 years old and not really cost-effective to repair. I decided it best to purchase a new appliance so I cancelled my appointment. They were very understanding as to why I needed to cancel. I would definitely use them in the future for any other appliance problems
