- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
What they have to know is that depending on the type of work the price is different, for example for a water and gas leak there are two different prices, to repair the sewer it is a different price, because sometimes the problem is 5 feet deep and it is necessary to excavate and protect the area with shoring, and to change a water heater there are times they are outside the house and other times it is in the basement.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First solve the problem, be honest with what is happening and repair only what is necessary.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 7 years of experience in plumbing, I took a course to do liners, and I have experience in doing large jobs.
