I reached out to Mr. Drains R&P yesterday because my mother’s water heater is not working. Josh was quick to responds to all my questions. He was able to go to my mother’s house the next morning and gave an estimate and a comparison. He communicated with me via texted at all times since I couldn’t be at my Mother’s house the day of. He sent me an update pictures as soon as he was done with the project. Sent me a copy of the invoice of all the information and warranty. We will definitely use this company again if ever need it. Thanks Josh for all your work! (before and after pictures)

Josh and his team were great! He was very responsive and great in helping to work with us to resolve some major issues with our aging mainline. Extremely knowledgeable and fast! I hired, as an interior designer, to install a smart toilet for my client. Josh was incredibly fast to respond and over to her house within the hour. He went out snd bought the parts needed to install. He also noticed an outside leak and gave us an estimate asap. Very fair prices. Highly recommend.
