My husband and I recently had our master bath and guest bathroom remodeled by Bella Home Builders and Crew and we are very happy with the results. We interviewed several contractors before selecting Fern to do our projects. He answered our questions, got back to us in a timely manner, provided a quote within our price range, and shared a wide variety of bathroom cabinet and tile stores from which to pick out our materials. After spending time sharing our vision with Fern, he assisted us in designing our layout. He took measurements of our space, gave us constructive feedback and suggestions, and kept us abreast of any change orders along the way. Bella Home Builders clearly take pride in their work; in particular we were extremely impressed with how meticulously the shower and floor tile were laid. In addition, Fern was very responsive when we got together to create the final punch list as we neared the end of completion. In fact, he noticed things that needed attention even before we did! We have to pinch ourselves often as we still can’t believe we finally have the dream bathrooms we’ve always wanted. We recently came home from a trip we took to Europe and one of the biggest conveniences we missed were our beautifully designed brand new bathrooms. We highly recommend Bella Home Builders for your project!

I've done two projects with Bella - first a pergola then a window replacement/sliding door installation (where a window used to be) & exterior remodel. I am super happy with the level of quality and overall attention to detail they've provided. Fern has been a partner in design along the way, suggested great materials and provided solid recommendations as to why to do things in a certain way. Pricing was always clearly communicated as to any changes. Communication was always rapid and clear. Schedules were subject to normal variances but overall the work was done very quickly and I was kept informed as to next steps and timing. Fern was great about juggling work to try to minimize disruption. I'll be using Bella again for future projects for sure.

I had a good experience with Bella home builder. Just finished our bathroom addition. Very satisfied and enjoying our new bathroom. Especially Fern was very helpful with the ideas and suggestion . Gave us more choices and easier to make decisions . And he always made sure that every single job was done correctly. I will really recommend Bella home builder to my friends . I hired Bella Home Builders to build an addition of a bedroom with bath. I am very happy with the results. There were features installed that I did not expect, but were very nice. Fern made suggestions that turned out great. Fern kept the job moving along even though the delivery of the windows was delayed a few months. Fern made sure work was done correctly so that work passed all city inspections. I would use Bella Home Builders again.

We offer quality at an affordable price, we do our leg work to find the best material provider at the best price to keep your cost reasonable, we negotiate with the suppliers also. We do not stop short of providing excellence as our final product.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We immediately respond to our clients and offer an in person meeting to discuss their project and offer ideas to bring their dream to a reality on their homes. We discuss options and alternatives and we write a comprehensive estimate to our client. We are always available for our clients. Constant communication is key to building a great client-builder relationship.

Over a decade as a General Contractor and over 20 years of building experience. Member of Building Trades Association. Member of Golden State Builders Exchanges.
