- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My desire is to be open and transparent with my pricing and focus on the outcome the customer is looking to achieve.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process is to have a conversation before arriving onsite to get clear on what outcome is needed and confirm the scope of work and plan. Once there is agreement I show up at the agreed upon day and time - I pride myself on being on time - and do the work and ensure my customer is completely satisfied.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I helped my father remodel 4 buildings in Jr. High and High School and learned plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, custom cabinetry, HVAC, windows, millwork. I worked in college at a home improvement store advising customers. I've custom built furniture for myself and family members and I worked closely with a builder to build my own home in Loomis, CA - installing a full solar system myself, staircase, irrigation and fencing.
