- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I work for my clients in negotiating the best price, in a timely manner, and for the right terms. I gorilla market your property and do my homework to ensure it is priced right in order for your home to sell in a timely manner. Therefore, I ask for fair compensation for my services (all commissions in California is negotiable).
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Before we begin the exciting process of buying or selling your home we have a free creative consultation. The purpose of this meeting is a) for us to get to know each other. I want to get to know you so I can truly know how I can better assist you. And b) to come up with a plan of action! Lets get it done.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
