If I could leave 10 stars, I would. Matt trained my 17 yo son while on vacation. He taught him several new & valuable training techniques that he’ll continue once he’s home. Matt is hard-working & innovative and really works on getting the best results for his clients. We’ll continue using him on our trips to LA.

I have nothing but positive things to say about working with Matt. I wanted to work on building good resistance training fundamentals and Matt came up with a perfect program for me, giving me detailed feedback on form, breathing, stretching, recovery, and everything in between during our sessions. Our sessions always felt productive and never rushed — he’d take the time to cover the coaching points on mechanics while still progressing through the whole workout. Matt is incredibly responsive to his clients’ requests and wants to make them successful — he checked in with me often and kept workouts feeling new and exciting. As other reviews note, he’s also someone who sees the whole picture — working with Matt will have you evaluating all that goes in to leading a healthy and positive life. My only advice to prospective clients would be to think about some tangible goals you’re looking to achieve — Matt will help you talk through these and ultimately create a great plan to get you there, but it’s a more productive exercise to first think about what you’re looking to get out of working with a trainer.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Base rate is $140/60 minutes for a single session. Package options include 12, 24 or 48 session programs. Half sessions, small group training, program design and virtual training services available. Please inquire for additional rates and services.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Client specific training blocks/cycles to assess, prepare and acquire the movement skills necessary to reach the client's desired outcome in a timely approach.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
18+ years of experience across the country from Hawaii to NYC. I've gained practical knowledge and tools from physical therapists, strength & conditioning coaches, as well as from the corporate gym setting. Now privately owned and operated.
