- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we'll get familiar with your goals and current lifestyle and health characteristics through a complimentary consultation. Our first session will include physical assessments as well as a comprehensive workout to prime the body for your training program. I'll follow up with a strategic outline to help you enter your fitness program with confidence and clarity. And from here on out we'll be working through your individually tailored program with monthly check-ins and progress reports to consistently monitor our progression towards your goals!

- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
In 2020 I created a Digital 28-Day fitness challenge to foster a space for clients to come and enjoy a strategic fitness plan online with daily classes, a sense of community, and friendly competition. There have been some amazing transformations and lasting connections.
