FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
You are investing $95 for a 60 minute fitness training session. (That is subject to change when travel time is a factor and/or a client wants training AND nutrition counseling simultaneously). An investment of 3, 6 or 12 months is required for nutrition coaching. During that time an initial 60-90 minute consultation is included, while each week thereafter consists of a 30 minute telephone or video call. I make myself available via email and text as well.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My first visit with a client involves a Fitness Evaluation that includes their health history, what their fitness goals are, discussion of their current nutrition program and a brief assessment of basic movement patterns.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
