Came to my house. Gave me an onsite quote. Them told me a few weeks later it wasn’t worth his time and hiked the price more than 30%. Don’t waste your time getting a quote since they won’t honor it.

Hi Nate, I hope this message finds you well. We are sorry that you felt we did something wrong on our end. However in this case I don’t believe we were in the wrong. We gave you a price when we first met to which you said you would keep looking for quotes. You chose a different gardener and that didn’t turn out well, so you sent us a message again. We are a service based business and we are able to raise our price at any time just like you are able to decide to not hire us if it isn’t worth it for you. We have over 250 monthly accounts and no one asks us to return a separate service day to put bins out for them. That is why after we talked it over and got a lot more busy after you chose to not go with us, our price increased. Hope you see where we are coming from, we don’t force anyone to hire us if they aren’t in agreement with price, that’s business nothing shady about it. Thanks again for giving us an opportunity to quote your property. Hope you can find another gardener that best fits your situation.

They removed our old lawn, regraded and tilled the area, relocated plants, planted two trees, installed bender board, converted a sprinkler circuit to a drip system, reconfigured a sprinkler system and laid down new sod. Their bid was competitive, they were friendly to work with, did not rush and were flexible as the project progressed. I particular appreciated Gilberto's responsiveness to my texts and Eusebio's attention to quality.
