We were very impressed by the outstanding service Bruno Junk Removal did for our garage in Torrance. Bruno was very punctual. He informed me in advance his arrival time and showed up in a timely manner. He and Luka went to work immediately to remove Items from the garage. He has great customer service and listened to our instructions to help sort out what to keep and what to discard. After they hauled everything out, they swept and cleaned out the entire garage to our satisfaction. We highly recommend Bruno Junk Removal to any potential customer. Thank you Bruno. Everyone should RUN and CALL BRUNO! Honestly, I was getting frustrated because I couldn't find a proper junk removal company to do the job after a few other competitors couldn't. I finally found Bruno and right after sending my inquiry, he was quick to respond and told me he could show up the next day at the time I wanted. Bruno was excellent at communicating throughout the entire process and did exactly what I asked while keeping a strong level of professionalism. I'd hire him again without question. After reviewing three bids for my furniture pick up, I found Bruno and his team from RIO Junk Removal to be both responsive and professional. He confirmed our appointment a few days prior to his arrival, he text me the day of with our agreed upon eta, arrived on time if not a few minutes earlier and completed the job in an efficient, expedient and professional manner.
