- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I usually bid jobs by the room or the job and the hourly rate typically is between $30 and $40. Along with my hourly rate I submit receipts for reimbursement of purchased materials, if necessary.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I visit with the customer at the location where the work is to be done. We discuss surface preparation, purchasing of materials and paint, the projected time frame of the job and the price. After this consultation I present a written estimate to the client. Once the client signs the written estimate and pays the deposit, I begin the work. If the client asks for changes mid-job, we renegotiate.

I have 30 years on the job experience.
