As a contractor, I liked how Christian was able to define the clients' wants, so when our tradespeople come in, materials and colors have been selected and we just get to work. I'm sure there's a lot of efforts put in from the time the design was conceptualized and the actual material confirmation and for us to save time and resources because of Christian's involvement, translates to saving us and the clients time and money.
